Norbert Kuse Management Consulting for Quality Management (NKQ) will lead your company to certification by realizing the following steps:

1. Analysis of the existing QMS with the aim to recognize the existing status in detail and to set up a precise work program.
2. This work program comprises all necessary 

   • technical

   • financial

   • staff-related

   • organisational

   • time limit-related

   requirements and conditions for a reconstruction of company processes on the basis of existing legal provisions, and it will be explained towards the management.
3. NKQ will prepare all documentation such as a quality manual, QM process instructions, calibrating provisions etc.
4. NKQ will offer support with the introduction and implementation of QMS in your company through QMS training courses for the staff and/or training or qualification for specific tasks, such as internal audits.
5. NKQ will organise the certification of your company including all necessary steps and counselling when it comes to the choice of the certified authority.
6. All result reports, records and documents prepared will be handed over.
